Code of Conduct

Management Board

The TIWAG Management Board consists of three members.

Commercial Director Erich Entstrasser is in charge of Finance & Accounting, Controlling & Investment Management and Information Technology; he also heads the Departments of Energy Data Management & Customer Services, Human Resources Management, Corporate Development & Organisation, Legal & Insurance, Real Estate/Surveying, and is responsible for the staff units Communication and Executive Office.

Board Member Thomas Gasser is responsible for Power Generation, Energy Trading/Energy Industry  and Electricity Sales, and for the Department of Energy Strategy and Energy Efficiency.

Board Member Johann Herdina manages the Departments of Hydropower Planning, Facilities Planning, Construction, Technical Facility Management, and Central Procurement.
